Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or high-demand periods.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to follow your package’s progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages caused during shipping. However, if your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos at avalosmayra7608@gmail.com, and we will help resolve the issue promptly.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees that are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.


Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product so we can evaluate and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized or engraved jewelry

  • Earrings or body jewelry (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your jewelry is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
